Solatubes are the bomb.

It is no longer dark.
I purchased a Solatube for my hallway which is always dark. Since I just got it I now feel like this was a good idea and wish I did this sooner. It is nice to walk from one room to the other without going through a dark hallway in between. The light looks like a ceiling light, but it is really sunlight.
